It appears it tries to run OneDriveSetup.exe from the AppData folder (it's also in SysWOW64 folder).
On startup the bundled OneDrive in Windows 10 fails. If you accidentally lock down a workstation with software restriction policies, restart the computer in Safe Mode, log on as a local administrator, modify the policy, run gpupdate, restart the computer, and then log on normally. I use a Software Restriction Policy whitelist. Software restriction policies do not apply when Windows is started in Safe Mode.
I have checked over this and there is 1 GPO named Software Restriction. I just updated my first PC to Windows 10 that was part of our domain (testing). We have had RM CC4 removed this Summer and (with a few tweaks) things are working great, except for the fact that we as Domain Admins seem to be getting the SRP applied.
